Removing blackheads with honey
I’ve been finding a way to remove these blackheads for a long time but no success. This is the ugliest shit that can happen to someone. It’s annoying and more annoying AF when it’s on top of your nose. When I came across a blackhead for the first time, I didn’t even know what it was called. It was on my nose for a long time. I’ve been finding a way to fix it with no success. Then I came across an article claiming that honey is good at cleaning your skin and the properties in it can take care of any bacterial residue on your skin. And it was a success, I got rid of the blackhead in the end. I was mistaking it for a dark spot and stuff like that, Google search took me on a whirl towards surgery. I mean, what the fuck. No fucking way I’d do that.
Okay, let’s cut the crap and take you to the procedure. The only thing that you need is raw honey to remove these feisty bastards. That’s it. Okay, that’s really not it. The properties in honey actually work to remove dirt from your skin and the antioxidant properties are really good at taking care of your skin. It works like a moisturizer.
Take a drop of honey and place it on the blackhead. Let it soak in for about 15-20 minutes and remove it with a tissue or water. Do it 3 times a day, every day. You will notice sooner or later that that the blackhead will grow bigger and bigger until soft enough to pop it out. Once the pore is big enough, you can pop the oxidized whatever that is out of your pore. Apply honey afterwards.
But let me warn you that this procedure can take around 2 weeks and up to months at a time (because I was irregularly applying it) and it will leave a scar. For me, the first blackhead took about 2 weeks to get rid of. The second blackhead that appeared below my nose took around a month to get rid of. And the third one took around 4 months. The reason for its reappearance was that I didn’t have a good skincare routine. I didn’t use anything but soap to clean my face.
After fighting this kind of tragedy, I believe you should start investing in taking care of your skin to not let it appear ever again. Invest in face cleanser, moisturizer and night serum. Moisturize after every cleanse.
